Returns & Refunds
1. Return Window
You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. This period begins on the day the package is delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
2. What Can Be Returned
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimate-wear items cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened.
3. How to Start a Return
Email info@sexyharness.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will send instructions for shipping the item back with a trusted courier.
4. Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or colour, send the item back using the same return process. If the replacement is in stock, it ships to you free of charge. If not, a full refund is issued.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error, Sexy Harness covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives and passes our quality check, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 1–2 days to reflect the funds.
