1. General

2. Orders & Payment
Orders confirmed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Payments are processed through iyzico's secure payment system. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Intimate-wear items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
